The human body requires various elements of food for life. These elements are needed so the body can perform its functions optimally. If there are elements that have a shortage or disruption, then it may interfere with the body.
Disease is one form of attack on the body from outside. However, with the ability and endurance, the body can actually counteract and neutralize them. But the disease can be severe when the body lacks the necessary nutrients.
Because it’s good we know the elements or whatever substance the body needs. And these substances mostly obtained from foods consumed. Here are the essential elements or substances to the body:

- Minerals, like calcium, Ferrum, iodine, manganese, chlorine, and other, mainly serves to strengthen the body, helps blood clotting, making hemoglogin, and regulate the body’s metabolism.
- Vitamins, which serves to nerve health, prevent bleeding, and prevent infection.
- The enzyme, which serves to enhance the vitality and health.
To maintain the adequacy of these elements, then humans do various activities, including eating foods that contain various elements that the body needs. Interestingly, the various elements of the body’s needs has been provided by nature, particularly in the form of various fruits and vegetables.
